Daniel Huttinger is the founder and agent behind NXCStalentco. His approach is hands-on, direct, and built around helping talent grow—not just booking the next shoot.

Daniel works closely with each model on opportunities, portfolio development, communication, contracts, client relationships, confidence, and the business side of modeling. He believes the best talent is not always the most experienced—it is the person who is coachable, dependable, driven, and willing to put in the work.

His role is part agent, part coach, and part advocate. Expect honest feedback, consistent communication, and someone who will push you to improve while making sure opportunities align with your goals and comfort level.

What is NXCSTalent?

NXCSTalent is the talent and modeling division of NXCS Collective, built to represent and develop amateur and emerging talent. We focus on people with personality, potential, work ethic, and a No Excuses mindset—not just experience or follower counts.

From lifestyle and commercial modeling to promotional work, content creation, brand partnerships, and portfolio-building shoots, NXCSTalent provides hands-on coaching, professional representation, and real opportunities to grow.

How does pay work?

Pay depends on the type of opportunity, client, and booking.

NXCSTalent works to negotiate fair rates, handles the business side of the booking, and makes sure compensation is clearly communicated before you accept the opportunity.

For represented bookings, NXCSTalent earns a commission from the work we secure and manage:

  • 15% — Standard bookings

  • 20% — Opportunities where the agency incurs additional costs

  • 25% — Out-of-state engagement
